Larry is my brother and my Best Man. He is exactly 736 days older and wiser than me, one fact that has never alluded him. Larry has been my idol since I was able to walk and pull apart rolls of toilet paper. Ever the litigator, Larry has been charged with delivering the Best Man speech on the big day. He currently lives in Charlotte, NC and is planning on moving to Houston, TX upon graduating from law school in May.

Tom and I met during sophomore year when I was the new kid at St. Mark’s High School back in fall of 2000. Tom accepted me at his “cool kid” lunch table, invited me to his bungalow at home and challenged my superior ping pong skills throughout high school without success. He is, however, undefeated in the state of Delaware at the game “Catch phrase”. Tom and I stayed close friends throughout college and he was the first guy on a plane to visit me no matter where I was living. In May, Tom will be graduating from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Bob and I met during freshman year at Penn State back in 2003. Little does Bob know that he single-handedly saved my Accounting grade and I have been forever grateful to him. At Penn State, we could be frequently found quoting “Old School” and “Wedding Crashers” ad nauseam, a fact our significant others still don’t fully appreciate. From 2005 to 2007, Bob and I were famous for going door to door with the most impressive of sales pitches to help raise money for the annual Penn State Dance Marathon. Our relationship truly blossomed when we were able to enjoy a round of beers after his Pittsburgh Steelers beat up my beloved Philadelphia Eagles. Bob currently works in investment management and lives in Dallas, TX.

Andres and I met as bright-eyed UBS summer interns in 2006. We also shared the same West Village apartment for two years prior to our respective trips to business school. Andres always wins the coolest accent award and has never seen a soccer ball that he didn’t want to juggle. Andres and I racked up multiple Zogsports soccer championships together and can most quickly be identified by the numerous references to the movie “Step Brothers”. Andres currently works in consulting and resides in New York, NY.

Taylor and I met while attending two wonderful years at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. We also shared the same luxurious graduate school apartment and most recently enjoyed a 3,700+ calorie Shake Shack experience at Citi Field complete with a Boyz II Men concert. Taylor holds the infamous distinction of nearly (and inadvertently) decapitating me with a beach volleyball mere months before graduating from UCLA. Taylor currently works in biotechnology and resides in San Francisco, CA.

James and I met while pledging the Phi Chi Theta business fraternity at Penn State back in 2004. He impressed with me his stunning ability to remember esoteric facts about any automobile manufactured after 1975. I also thought anyone like James who was crazy enough to attend every Penn State football game and spend 12 hours tailgating every Saturday would be a lifelong friend of mine. James currently works in marketing and lives in Newport Beach, CA.

Tommy and I first met during fall of sophomore year at St. Mark’s. He was the Prom King and I was the new kid from Switzerland. Tommy, ever the comedian, kept high school interesting by setting off noise devices at inopportune times during large student meetings (much to the chagrin of our Dean). Our relationship took a big step forward when Tommy trusted me enough to follow me to the top of a ski mountain in Colorado where we promptly observed gale force winds and blizzard conditions which forced a rapid descent back down the mountain. Tommy is still working on pronouncing my last name correctly but I don’t hold that against him. He currently works at Christiana Hospital and resides in Delaware.

Bill and I met at the UCLA Anderson admit weekend in April 2011. Following admit weekend, we met up for dinner where I asked him to be my roommate at business school. Bill obliged and we have been close buddies ever since. Bill is a human Swiss army knife and is famous for personally delivering full-sized tunas to the Tokyo fish market employees. Bill and I are also famous in the annals of UCLA Anderson Halloween party history for our ambiguous and spectacular costumes. Bill currently works at a successful eyewear start up in New York, NY.
